The flame spreader came from a thirty gallon hot water heater. This spreader is smaller then those used for the Liquor Tun and Boiler. It concentrates heat closer to the center of the tun. If I had two more I'd use them for the other tuns.
The orifice is a 1/2" brass cap with a 0.060" diameter hole drilled into the end.
The valve assembly was removed from an old furnace. The safety features of the pilot/thermocouple makes this a nice setup. To turn the flame on you apply 12-24 volts AC.
