The Mill Ready To Go

I purchased a baby scale at a garage sale for five bucks ..... errrrr was it two? It has a tare adjustment so that I can zero out the weight of the bucket.

My batches normally require about twenty plus pounds of grain. A five gallon pale seemed large enough to handle it. But, after the grain is crushed, guess what? Its volume increases to about six gallons. That's why I use seven gallon buckets.
